Drawing inspiration from the myth of Daphne, the nymph who preferred to be transformed into a laurel tree rather than succumbing to unrequited love, Daefne is a mesmerising fragrance that embodies freedom and exudes the charm of its contrasting notes.
Its harmonious, fulfilling olfactory impact evolves into a deeply sensory experience. In the headnotes, Fougère scents now fade into aromatic ones, as the sparkling, fresh fragrance of Bergamot smoothly blends with the grassy, camphorous one of Lavender to the more vibrant and spicy ones of Saffron.
The heart notes are majestic and reveal a rich floral palette, where the mineral and powdery accents of Daphne odora, Turkish Rose and florentine Iris harmonise with the typical, exotic scent of Davana and with the warm and enveloping ones of vegetable Amber.
The rare Amyris Wood, with the intensity of its balsamic resin, pervades the base notes, balanced by the smoky, animalic accords of Cypriol and the distinctive aroma of Vanilla, leaving behind a persistent, unmistakably charming sillage.
