Shipping and deliveries Information

Our orders are generally shipped within 1 working day from the receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier, which will deliver in 3/4 days (weekends excluded).

For collection requests from our affiliated stores, available only in Italy, the timing depends on the availability of the goods in the store. If the products are already physically in the shop, the collection can be made after receiving the confirmation email, otherwise it is necessary to wait 3/4 working days to allow us to send the requested products to our reseller.
The goods collected in the shop will be delivered directly by the retailer inside our shoppers and the payment will be completed in the shop.

Deliveries are made throughout Europe. Shipments all leave from our headquarters in Italy, Casella (GE), Via Pontasso 26

 

Shipping costs

Delivery by express courier in Italy is free for orders over €50, while for orders of a lower value it costs €5 which includes all handling and packing charges.

There are no additional costs for in-store pickups.
